We currently ship across Cyprus, with delivery also reaching Qatar, Mauritius, and Hong Kong. We're expanding into the broader Middle East as we grow — check the delivery info shown at checkout for the most current list.
Within Cyprus, most orders arrive within 2-3 business days. International orders (Qatar, Mauritius, Hong Kong) typically take longer depending on customs — you'll see an estimated window at checkout before you pay.
Yes — once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link by email. You can also check status anytime from Track My Order.
That's on us, not you — contact our team within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll sort a replacement or refund right away.

For food safety reasons, we can't accept opened jars back. Unopened items in original condition can be returned within 14 days — see our full Returns Policy for details.

HNB Healthy Nut Butters makes every product we sell. MyNutButters.com is the official online retailer — we handle the storefront, ordering, and delivery, while HNB focuses entirely on the product itself.
That's completely normal — HNB's nut butters are 100% natural, with no added stabilisers or palm oil to hold them together. Just stir it back in. It's a sign there's nothing artificial in the jar, not a quality issue.
It's not required, but storing it in the fridge after opening will slow oil separation and keep texture more consistent. A cool, dry cupboard works fine too.
Every jar carries its own production and best-before dates on the label — that's the exact date to go by. As a rule, unopened nut butters typically keep well for several months from production; once opened, we recommend finishing within 4-6 weeks for the best taste and texture.
Yes — HNB's facility processes multiple types of tree nuts and peanuts, so cross-contact is possible across the range even where a specific jar doesn't list that nut as an ingredient. Full allergen details are listed on each individual product page.
